1. Subject Matter
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between the Merchant and Style Me. It applies to the processing of personal data by Style Me on behalf of the Merchant.
2. Processing of Personal Data
Style Me shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Merchant, including with regard to transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organization.
3. Data Subject Rights
Taking into account the nature of the processing, Style Me shall assist the Merchant by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfillment of the Merchant's obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject's rights.
